Apple Offers First Public Beta of iOS 9

Before you download iOS 9 on your iPad or iPhone, it will be a good idea to backup all your data on iCloud or iTunes account. The updated OS will also feature a new design for Apple’s Siri digital personal assistant, along with improved search capabilities. It was only app makers who could download the beta, as they toughed it out, dealing with the numerous kinks that come with an unfinished version of an upcoming operating system. This means that using the owner’s Apple ID, the authentication will pop out on every Apple device that the owner has. However, Apple warns it “may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not function as well as commercially released software”. Not everyone was invited to that iOS public beta, though. It is, however, the first major public beta release; the first that comes with a lot of new features, as opposed to smaller things, like bug fixes and new emoji. Apple’s share of browser-based purchases is even bigger at 64.1 percent when you combine iPhones and iPads. There are now many more options to organize picture files and users can also take pictures just by clicking the volume buttons. You the accept the terms and conditions and download it. This will be especially useful for situations where a user doesn’t have their phone with them, or the phone is dead. (NASDAQ:AAPL) announced its plans of making the mobile beta version of iOS 9 and desktop version OS X El Capitan available to all users of the platforms that have signed up for the beta program.

Users of Apple’s Mac will be happy to know that the public beta for Mac OS X El Capitan has also been made available for a free download and testing.

So what’s new in iOS 9? So if the beta somehow bricks your device-well, time to buy a new one; you’re out of luck. When you have successfully signed in, choose OS X from the two tabs on the page. Once that’s done, the beta (and any updates along the way) should show up in the Software Updates section of the iOS settings. After you have done this, OS X El Capitan will be installed onto your system. However, this seems to work just on the monitor the app is active on, as I was unable to snap it to another monitor.

Once you have located this and have entered it correctly you can then tap on the blue “Download profile” button. You can pin apps to the side of the screen, there’s a split ratio that’s adjustable, and both screens are fully active so you could be mapping out a route while writing a text.
