Oscar Pistorius will find out whether his manslaughter conviction for killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp will be overturned this week.

He spent a year at the Kgosi Mampuru II Prison in Pretoria, before being released under correctional supervision in October.
Steenkamp was killed in Pistorius’ home in Pretoria in the early hours of 14 February 2013.
Supreme Court of Appeal Judge Eric Leach began reading the judgment in the case against former paralympian Oscar Pistorius on Thursday morning. The runner should have known that someone could be killed when he fired four times through the door of a toilet cubicle, according to the prosecution. A judgement is expected about 09:45am (0745 GMT).
Prosecutors said Pistorius should be convicted of murder and sent back to jail, while the defence argued that the sentence the athlete had received was appropriate and should stand.
The State appealed the conviction on the grounds that it believed Judge Thokozile Masipa incorrectly applied the legal principles to the facts – further saying she incorrectly applied the legal principle of dolus eventualis.
The state was seeking an appeal on the conviction, claiming the judge misinterpreted the law of dolus eventualis.
