Tiger Woods Plays a Lot of Video Games These Days
The career of golf superstar Tiger Woods appears to be over after he admitted he had “no idea” if and when he would return from a third operation on his back.

It truly was a once in a lifetime experience for viewers, with one of the greatest golfers of all time, Woods, persevering through injuries with a relative unknown, Mediate, and a major-less star, Westwood, standing in his way. Lets take it for what it is.’ I listen to my surgeon, I listen to my physios and we just take it day by day.
“It’s hard to explain to Jordan coming out now how he (Woods) was just so much better than everyone at that point”, Scott said.
He later added, “Where is the light at the end of the tunnel, I don’t know”.
“For my 20 years out here I achieved a lot”.
“I’m really good at video games”. He still wants to play golf at the highest level, though he is resigned that it might not happen if the nerve damage in his back doesn’t allow for it.
“I’m hoping that’s not it”, Woods said, rebounding from his reflective state.
Sorry, I wasn’t really planning on embedding so many Vines but, well, there were just so many!
Davis Love III has already chosen Woods as one of his assistants for the Ryder Cup at Hazeltine next year. He didn’t lead anyone on with false hopes of when he’ll come back, which is a depressing thought in itself. Woods latest run of injuries will add further fuel to the debate over whether he is capable of overtaking Jack Nicklaus’s record of 18 major titles. “And that’s been the hardest mindset adjustment is that I don’t know”.
“It was definitely a success getting the three wins [The Players Championship, Deutsche Bank Championship and Scottish Open]”.
When asked to look at life beyond golf, Woods said, “I’ll find other avenues, that being growing my foundation, golf course design or other projects I have going on right now that will certainly take up more of my time”. “Woods had always refused to do so before”, says James Corrigan of the Daily Telegraph.

True, Woods has been written off by a lot of people, but he never, ever used to sound like he was writing off himself, as he did at times during his press conference Tuesday. Asked the degree to which he can function, Woods said, “I walk”. OK, so that last quote was in reference to Kobe Bryant announcing his retirement from basketball, but it also applies to the 14-time major champion, who will turn 40 at the end of this month. And now he can’t play well, poorly or at all, which has to be especially galling as he watches 20-somethings like Jason Day, Rory McIlroy and Jordan Spieth dominate the way he did not long ago.
