Tom Hanks Headed Back To Pixar To Work On ‘Toy Story 4’
The 59-year-old actor recently headed back into Pixar to lend voice to his iconic character from the franchise, Woody, so production can begin for the highly anticipated installment, reports E! The actor shared his commute to Oakland with fans through a time lapse video on his WhoSay page, which basically showed some congested traffic, but did give a sneak peek of the star during his drive.

‘It takes a long time.
And apparently, Toy Story 4 got the fan-favorite actor into a bit of trouble.
It’s not all fun and games while Hanks is recording. Honestly, it is because the recording sessions go on for four or five hours… and my diaphragm gets a workout. Hanks even recounted how he needed to put ice packs on his chest while driving home, in order to relax it gets “clenched throughout”.
As the Inquisitr reported, since the announcement of Toy Story 4 there have been little tidbits here and there in regards to the script, which was written by Rashida Jones.
John Lasseter, director for “Toy Story 4” previously shared that the story might focus on Woody and Bo Peep’s love story. “That’s our rule. We don’t do things just to print money”. In the first two “Toy Story” films, Bo was part of Andy’s toy collection, however, she was missing in “Toy Story 3″. I have no details at all. And I just said, “Hey, I’m sorry”‘.
Meanwhile, according to Business Standard, the fourth installment of “Toy Story” will be different from the first three movies.
In a statement a year ago, Pixar’s Lasseter explained that the decision to make a follow-up to 2010’s Toy Story 3 stemmed from a great plot idea.
That said, those at Disney are trying to settle fans’ worries that this is nothing more than a ploy for more money.
He laughed: ‘Somebody stuck a microphone in my face one day and said, “Is there going to be a Toy Story 4?2 and I said, “Yeah, yeah, I think so”.

“We love these characters so much; they are like family to us. We don’t want to do anything with them unless it lives up to or surpasses what’s gone before”, he said. “I think it will be a very good movie”.
