During BJP’s Parliamentary Board meeting in New Delhi on Tuesday, Naidu asked lawmakers not to fall into the Opposition’s “trap”, but his advise had no impact on Telangana MP Raja Singh.

“I have also explained in my letter how Mr. Kishan Reddy’s leadership will harm the party’s prospects in the State”, he noted.
Lodh also came down heavily on BJP State Chief Kishan Reddy for supporting consumption of beef. “So long as it is not cow meat, the BJP has no issue”, the state president said.
Osmania University students are going to conduct a beef festival on December 10th.
BJP MLC and party’s national executive member N Ramachender Rao today termed the comment of MLA Raja Singh as unwarranted.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has made a decision to continue their alliance with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in the elections for 12 Telangana Legislative Council seats from Local Authorities Constituency (LAC). “If religious sentiments are being hurt, we have the right to stop this festival”, said the MLA to CNN IBN. “I have saved many cows from being killed at the risk of my life.”. “This festival is a political ploy by some anti-Hindutva elements”, Raja Singh, who represents the Goshamal Assembly constituency in Hyderabad, said.
Raja Singh also came open about his irk on the fact that Kishan Reddy is prioritizing Raja Singh’s opponent and Gosha Mahal former MLA Mukesh Goud’s brother over him.
The festival is being planned on December 10, coinciding with International Human Rights Day, as a means to “save democratic principles” in the wake of alleged attempts to curb dietary habits of certain groups, Shankar, one of the organisers of the proposed event, said.
sHe pointed that party leader Yennam Srinivas Reddy had quit the party in Mahabubnagar recently only due to the adamant attitude of Mr. Kishan Reddy. We heard that cow meat is not being used in the festival.
The MLA said he will lead a rally to the university on December 10.
It was because of Mr. Kishan Reddy’s inability, the party was unable to take the Central Government’s programmes into people.
