Odell Beckham Jr. adds another incredible catch to his resume

At 5-6 they are tied with the New York Giants for the lead in the NFC East. However after beating the Giants in week 12 the Redskins would be the NFC East champions with the better division record. Manning? He went back to his Eli ways and threw three interceptions before waking up when it’s a little bit too late to throw two late meaningless touchdowns. And although the Redskins did not convert any of those three picks into points on the ensuing drives, the takeaways built momentum for Washington and prevented Manning from getting into a rhythm.

“Guys, right now, I think we’re all just focused on this being just another opponent that we need to beat”, cornerback Prince Amukamara said on Monday. “I believe this week everyone had the right mindset in terms of their preparation and what we had to do”.

However, a short run and two incomplete passes forced the Redskins to punt it away. However, if you’re a Giants fan, you also understand your team is far from being out of it entirely. They dominated the trenches and Bashaud Breeland was closer to more passes than Manning’s own receivers.

The loss by the Saints, however, might be more damaging than a win by the opposition.

Odell Beckham Jr amazed football fans with a one-handed catch against the Washington Redskins on Sunday, but the New York Giants wide receiver claims he doesn’t care about the impressive feat.

It marked just the third time this season the Redskins have run at least 35 times in a game, with the other two coming in the first two weeks of the season.

“I mean, all week I watched film”, Dunbar said. “I was able to get out there and find some holes…So it was good, but I feel like I left yards out there on the field”. “They’re a good defense”.

“The mindset is to keep winning and just keep building on and not to get complacent”, Redskins corner Will Blackmon said.

But the slow start in Washington didn’t stun Manning.

-LB Ryan Kerrigan had two sacks giving him 6.5 for the season.

“We need to win to stay where we are in the division”, Eli Manning said. The patience allowed Morris to get a rhythm going and helped wear down the Giants’ front seven, which made it easier for Morris to pound out a few extra yards and first downs in the final minutes of the fourth quarter. But Washington is one of those that can pull off surprises any given day. Preston Smith’s game won’t be shown on the stat sheet, but he abused the left side of New York’s OL.

Then again, in 2011, the Giants lost a do-or-die Week 15 game against the Redskins to fall to 7-7. Cousins then tickled the goal line with the belly of the ball on the ensuing keeper – but it ranked among the most hard, stunted scoring drives seen all year. He had some very key plays in this game. Kirk Cousins led a wild comeback but the team was still down 30-24 when the Redskins got the ball with 2:24 left. Reed led the Redskins in receiving with eight catches for 98 yards.

Give the Redksins credit, they took advantage of Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie being out with an injury by targeting Jayron Hosley for DeSean Jackson’s 63-yard touchdown catch in the second quarter.

“It’ll be a great test for us”, Manning said. Now, the Giants face an uphill battle in their fight to win the NFC East against the surprising Redskins, whose first-half performance put the Giants on the their heels in a tight divisional race. Cruz never played a regular-season game because of a calf injury.
