The Borussia Dortmund player is impressed with Liverpool’s current first-team options.
As if confirmation was needed that Jurgen Klopp is indeed a miracle-worker, the German pulled off this feat on the sidelines…
McClaren – whose penultimate game with Wolfsburg was a 3-0 defeat at home to Klopp’s side – faces Liverpool at St James’ Park on Sunday, with his side 19th in the Premier League.

“Sometimes I would really like to change my personality but I can’t forget this f**king loss against Crystal Palace”, Klopp said. “He is a quality coach, I know him well from Dortmund in Germany”, he said.
And overcome them he has with spectacular displays against the likes of Chelsea (3-1), Manchester City (4-1) and most recently Southampton in the Capital One Cup, beating the Saints 6-1 to progress to the last four.
