“The trees are in good shape”, she said. For every Christmas tree that is cut down, another tree is planted.
This holiday season there are thousands of American servicemen and women who won’t be able to celebrate at home.
“I can’t do a lot of things, but I can give them Christmas trees to make their Christmas a happier one”, Newby said.
Just where do people purchase real trees from?
“I feel like it’s kind of fun to be a part of picking out the tree”, said Edgar’s stepdaughter Delainey Raedle. Getting a fresh tree from a local farm is an enjoyable experience for the family to do together.
