‘Just Cause 3’ plagued by performance issues
Are you having load time and framerate issues in Just Cause 3?

Early reports suggest that the Xbox One and PS4 versions of Just Cause 3 have some serious shortcomings.
Just Cause 3’s steep minimum PC system requirements include a 2GB graphics card, 6GB of RAM, and a Core i5-2500K or AMD Phenom II X6, making the performance issues all the more galling. These usually occur when the processor can’t keep up with what’s happening in-game.
The analysis was performed with the Day One patch downloaded and while not connected to online servers due this test taking place before the game’s launch.
“What’s clear is that neither version of Just Cause 3 is able to sustain a locked 30fps, but it is indeed the Xbox One release that offers a noticeably lower level of in-game fluidity”, the review explained. It added that one of the worst stories from users about performance issues involved a 15 minute wait period when loading the game. Both experience frame rate drops often which can dip to 17 or even lower, triggered by the game’s chaotic gameplay that features impressive visual effects and physics.
Needless to say, this game-breaking issue needs to be resolved quickly, or Avalanche Studios and Square Enix are going to be in a world of hurt during the holiday shopping season.
The PS4 version also suffers from frame rate drops, particularly in scenes with multiple significant explosions and physics simulations, which can make the game feel like it’s playing (unintentionally) in slow motion.

As most of you already know, the Minecraft game was firstly released for PC, but because of its huge success, the developers have chose to release it for consoles. “Otherwise, in terms of large explosions lowering framerate, I find it’s generally not much different than GTA V for the Xbox One either”.
