As we reported previously, Sheen recently appeared on NBC’s “Today” show to disclose he is HIV positive.

Ms Ross’ lawsuit says she first met Sheen in November 2013, when he paid $10,000 to have sex with her.

In addition to Ross’ claim that Sheen didn’t disclose his HIV status, she accuses the actor of physically abusing her throughout their relationship, including kicking her on the ground during one incident and threatening to kill her during other fights.

Expressing certainty about prevailing, Marty Singer tells The Hollywood Reporter, “There will be numerous witnesses who will dispute all of her claims”.

Ross filed the lawsuit at the California Superior Court. According to Rossi, Sheen agreed to resolve the matter this fall by paying her $1 million and giving her 5 % of his back-end participation points from Anger Management, according to Rossi’s lawyer, Ring.

Now preparing to defend himself with his own promised legal action, Charlie Sheen said as much when he told Matt Lauer that part of the reason he was going public was to put a stop to alleged betrayal and extortion.

Rossi, who split from Sheen in October, 2014, is asking for unspecified damages. They became a couple and spent most of their time together.

Ross also claims in the suit that the actor forced her to have an abortion in March 2014, stating that “Sheen indicated that he did not want his child to have his blood type (i.e., HIV-positive)”.

However, she alleges that following his tell all interview last month, he claimed she had breached their agreement, which she refutes, and decided against signing the settlement documents.

She is also claiming Sheen was violent to her on multiple occasions, once throwing a cement pillar at her.

Rossi can be seen sobbing as she yells; ‘You exposed me to HIV for a year and a half!

“What people forget is that’s money they’re taking from my children”, Sheen said at the time. Sheen also said that he is “not entirely sure” how he contracted the disease.
