Spieth said there are areas where he can improve. You’ve got to keep it in between the sand areas because once you get into those it’s very spotty, you either get a good break or a bad break.
World number one Jordan Spieth decimated the 18-man field 12 months ago, winning by 10 shots from Henrik Stenson with a total of 26 under par at Isleworth Golf and Country Club.
“I felt like it was the right thing to do to come and play and it’s going to be a lot of fun for me as well. But just being here at such a great event amongst the best players in the world, these are the kind of events and fields that you want to play against every week and I’m really excited”. “With Under Armour we’ve had Tom Brady as the MVP, Bryce Harper now is an MLB MVP, and you’ve got Andy Murray and what he’s been able to do”. In one season, Spieth amassed two major wins at the Masters in Augusta, Georgia, and the U.S. Open.at Chambers Bay in Seattle, Washington. It was tough. Some of the evenings were tough for me when I didn’t close them out.
“The only blemish I can think of is maybe I left a putt short on line, which is a little criminal”. He flew “home” to The Bahamas – he’s had a house here for the last four years – and then he is packing up and returning to Australia to celebrate the holidays.
However, Lahiri, who is the undisputed leader in the 2015 Asian Tour, has done enough this year to earn the respect of his high-profile rivals. He seems to appear from nowhere at times on leaderboards and it is hard to imagine the world number one won’t be doing the same again this year.
“I’ve only played the course about five or six times myself”.
For five players, it’s their last chance to avoid a winless year in golf.
This is the first time the competition is being held in The Bahamas.
Hero MotoCorp Chairman, MD and CEO Pawan Munjal said the world’s largest two-wheeler company is responsible for adding to the popularity of golf in India.
