Casey part of 3-way tie for the lead at World Challenge

The current No. 1 golfer in the world, Jordan Spieth, had an awesome year in 2015. On the golf course, he’s all business.
The world number one went a stroke better than his five-under 66 on day one in the Bahamas, with a lengthy putt for an eagle on the par-five 11th hole helping him on his way.
Walker, who began working on a new move in his swing just over a week ago, drove the ball as well as he has all year on his way to a 67.
They were at 11-under 133.
Three Americans lie a shot further back on 10 under, with Chris Kirk and Patrick Reid firing rounds of 65 and Bubba Watson a 67.
Walker also went a shot over on two holes, but things could have been worse had he not made a fantastic shot from the bunker to set up a birdie on the 15th.
The US star was fresh off an Australian Open title when he arrived at Isleworth and blitzed the invitational field for an impressive global back-to-back win, setting the stage for this year’s first major wins at the Masters and US Open. “I had a couple of unlucky bounces including on the ninth, but overall I am happy with my play”, said Lahiri. He won the Vardon Trophy for lowest scoring average (68.94) and was the best putter on Tour; he led in putting average, one-putt percentage (44.26%) and putts per round. I started walking because balls have been sticking on the green, so I thought it stuck.
The Hero World Challenge is an exclusive limited-field party hosted by Tiger Woods. It makes you appreciate it. You wonder how was I not able to do it back then.

Scott birdied the par-3 second and eagled the par-5 third then answered a bogey at the fourth with a birdie on the par-5 sixth. “Coming off how much golf we’ve been playing, I’m still going to be about making sure I’m resting…. I hope they come at the same time that they did this past year, but you just never know”.
