Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Continues To Outshine Apple’s iPad Pro

According to The Inquisitr, like most users and critics describe, the Surface Pro 4 is the best tablet in the market that can replace a laptop. The tablet is rumored to be powered by Apple A9X SoC, the same SoC that powers the Apple iPad Pro.

The iPad Pro is by far the most powerful tablet that Apple has introduced, one that features a stunning 12.9-inch display and has a resolution of 2,732 x 2,048 pixels, which is higher than the Retina MacBook the company introduced earlier this year.

You’ve probably heard about all the problems with Microsoft’s new Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book – well the good news is that another one, pertaining to issues with the display driver, has been fixed. The keyboard, still sold separately, clicks on with a magnetic hinge and while its mechanical keys are an improvement over the first Surface keyboard I tried, which was the pressure-sensitive touch cover, it’s still a bit floppy. However, the device does not give users a cellular connection.

Saying The Verge’s Walt Mossberg doesn’t like his iPad Pro is an understatement.

My take: I’ve not used or reviewed the Core i3 version of Surface Pro 3, and I think it’s notable that Microsoft moved to the Core m3 for the Pro 4.

Features include a 5.0 megapixel front-facing HD camera and 8.0 megapixel rear-facing autofocus camera with 1080p HD video recording – just what’s needed to capture great photos on the go.

In the end, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 sounds more viable when it comes to tablet/laptop hybrids, of course with the Type Cover added. David Pierce, of Wired, also wasn’t impressed by the Smart Keyboard.

“For those of us who still cling to laptops and desktops, the iPad Pro just doesn’t feel like a serious machine for serious work”. We need our accessories.

The iPad Pro has been praised for its lovely screen, but criticized for other aspects.

With tablet sales declining, Apple Inc. When the keyboard is attached to the tablet, the device will act more like a laptop. For now, the iPad Pro is best seen as a device in its infancy, one that is nowhere close to being a computer replacement, entirely because of its reliance on a mobile OS. Also, the newer tablet supports Bluetooth 4.2, which is slightly better than iPad Air 2’s v4.0.
