An ex-fiancee of Charlie Sheen has sued the actor claiming he didn’t disclose he was HIV positive until after they had sex several times and was physically and emotionally abusive during their relationship.
In her suit, Ross claims she then fell pregnant with his child and after telling Sheen he forced her to terminate the pregnancy because he was anxious about the child being HIV positive.
“We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her”, Singer said in a statement.
Last month, Sheen publicly disclosed on Today that he was HIV positive.
Sheen told NBC’s “Today” show on November 17 that he was diagnosed as HIV-positive about four years ago and that a few people who knew his status were demanding money from him to keep the secret.
Scottine Ross, an ex-girlfriend of Charlie Sheen, filed a civil lawsuit Thursday seeking unspecified damages for alleged battery, assault, and negligence, The Wrap reports.
The lawsuit purportedly states she was pregnant but forced to get an abortion by the actor, who allegedly told her he “did not want his child to have his blood type [HIV positive]”. Once Sheen admitted to having the virus, the couple agreed they’d have unprotected sex “just like a normal couple”.
Scottine is also on record in asserting that she and Sheen had unprotected sex throughout their relationship. When Ross refused to hand over her husband’s phone number, Sheen “became enraged and began screaming obscenities at her”, she says.
The Charlie Sheen train wreck continues to fly off the tracks with increasing velocity as the latest allegations against the star come from one of his former “angels”, Brett Rossi.

Ross, also known as adult actress Bret Rossi, met Sheen in 2013 when the actor paid her $10,000 to have sex with him.
