Brett Rossi, Charlie Sheen’s Ex-Fiancée, Sues Over Alleged HIV Exposure

Ross first met the actor in November 2013, when she went to his house to have sex with him for $10,000, she says.

Now, a woman who knows Sheen very well – his former fiance Brett Rossi (aka Scottine Sheen) – claims that Charlie eventually told her about her diagnosis, but only after putting her at risk on hundreds of occasions. Ross said she and Sheen had already had sex several times. According to her lawsuit, Sheen would often become “violent and abusive” while drinking and doing drugs.

The two had unprotected sex at least five times before Rossi saw the actor’s stash of HIV medications in his medicine cabinet. Rossi states Charlie threatened to kick her to the curb if she resisted, saying he didn’t want her “to give birth to a retarded child”.

“The lawsuit filed by Ms. Ross speaks for itself”, Rossi’s attorney David M. Ring said.

Sheen’s attorney, Martin Singer, says they plan to fight the lawsuit and believe Sheen will come out victorious when it’s all over.

After a “heart to heart” talk with him, she agreed to stay in a relationship with him.

Scottine Ross, a porn star who performed under the name Brett Rossi, sued the actor on Thursday for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims. Rossi alleges Sheen would push her, put her in chokeholds, lock her in the bathroom, and point unloaded guns at her and pull the trigger.

Ross said Sheen ended their relationship by sending a text message.

Sheen said in November he had been blackmailed for years by people threatening to disclose his HIV status. Ross filed her lawsuit one day after Sheen allegedly reneged on an agreement to pay her $1 million and earnings from his canceled TV show, “Anger Management”, to settle her claims. Ross claims Sheen failed to disclose his HIV-positive status despite engaging in an intimate relationship with the former porn star. “We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her”.
