Charlie Sheen is being sued by his ex-fiancée

Rossi previously tried to commit suicide twice, once in November 2014 after Sheen ended their engagement via text, and then in December after he sent her “insulting and demeaning text messages”.

Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiance is suing him after his HIV admission. The documents reportedly add that their breakup caused her to go into “an emotional tailspin”, reportedly prompting her to attempt to take her own life. It even says that he would often call her an “ungrateful bitch” and at one point he told her, “Don’t you ever f-king hit me”. Ross accepted Sheen’s marriage proposal in early 2014, but told him they would have to wait to actually get married until she was done finalizing her divorce from her first husband, the complaint says.

Rossi says Sheen threatened to kick her out of the house if she refused, and that was when she gave into the pressure to have the procedure.

After that, the legal document claims that Rossi fell in love with Sheen but he would “became violent and abusive and uncontrollable”. “We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claim for affirmative relief against her”, Singer said.

26-year-old Rossi claims that 50-year-old Charlie Sheen agreed to resolve the matter by paying her $1 million and giving her a sum of his earnings from “Anger Management”.

The actor disclosed publicly on The Today Show in the U.S. last month that he is HIV-positive, and acknowledged that the revelation may lead to litigation.

Sheen’s attorney Marty Singer wrote in a statement that Ross’ claims are already being addressed in private arbitration.

The lawsuit alleges that, on several occasions, Sheen locked Ross in the bathroom, pushed her, dragged her by the arms, placed her in a chokehold and pointed an unloaded gun at her, and repeatedly pulled the trigger.

In a statement, Ross’ attorney David Ring of Taylor & Ring, said that Sheen “made it clear on The Today Show that he has no intention of honoring the agreement that was reached, and sure enough, he didn’t”.
