Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiancee Brett Rossi suing for emotional distress and assault

Her lawsuit states she and Sheen had sex five times before the actor told her he was HIV positive. What she was scared of remains unknown but she seems to be negative. He told Rossi he didn’t want his child to have his “HIV-positive” blood type and asked her to have an abortion.

The Charlie Sheen train wreck continues to fly off the tracks with increasing velocity as the latest allegations against the star come from one of his former “angels”, Brett Rossi.

Ross first met Sheen in November 2013 and agreed to have sex with the actor for $10,000. Sheen said on The Today Show that he had been shaken down by people wanting to extort him about the HIV status. He reportedly threw the plate of fries across the plane and then threw his iPad onto the ground and stomped on it. During an alleged crack relapse, Sheen claimed that he wanted to take a “hit” out on Ross’s ex-husband, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

After his interview on The Today Show on November 17, Ross’ lawsuit contends, Sheen claimed that she breached the agreement and refused to sign the settlement documents that she had already signed.

Scottine is also on record in asserting that she and Sheen had unprotected sex throughout their relationship.

Furthermore, in a statement, Ross’ attorney, David M. Ring, accuses Sheen of reneging on an agreement to settle Ross’ claims by paying her $1 million and assigning her a portion of his income from Anger Management.

Relationship allegedly ended with text message. “After her failed attempt, Sheen sent Ross a text that read, “‘funny how an ex-nursing student couldn’t calculate the appropriate dosage of a vintage drug such as valium to successfully kill herself”, the complaint says.

Sheen, who is three times divorced and has dated many porn stars, also said it was “impossible” that he had transmitted the virus to anyone else. However, Martin Singer, Charlie’s attorney, has said that they intend to defend the lawsuit, and are confident Sheen will prevail.
