Simon Cowell’s mansion ‘burgled as he and his family slept’

A Metropolitan Police spokesman says, “Police were called to an address in W14 on Friday, 4 December, at approximately 02:20hrs to reports of a burglary in progress”.

Cowell’s bodyguard was apparently woken up by an alarm being activated at 2.20am, but by that time, the burglar had already left the scene of the crime.

Cowell has had intruders in his home before an a woman was arrested in 2012 after being discovered inside a walk-in wardrobe.
