Not only are the Warriors continuing their league dominance from last season, but they even found room for improvement.

The excellent health the Warriors enjoyed in winning the National Basketball Association championship last season has been a lot less excellent in 2015-16.
Despite allowing a season-high 40 points to Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry, the Golden State Warriors won again to extend their winning streak to 21 games to start the season with a 112-109 win at the Air Canada Centre.
Heck, with the Warriors off to a record 20-0 start, there’s actually a reason to pay attention to hoops before the season’s traditional Christmas Day tipoff.
The Warriors are an incredible team, not just because of the record, but because of the will to win.

“To battle through that and stay together and come out with wins, it helps us throughout these games where they take a lead in the fourth quarter and we’ve got to continue to battle back”, said Green, who finished with 16 points, nine rebounds and six assists. “That doesn’t change whether it’s Coach Kerr or Luke (Walton)”.
“Twenty-one challenges, we’ve been able to separate each one individually and figure out different ways to win”, Curry told USA TODAY Sports.
Fresh off of calling the game, Matt Devlin and Jack Armstrong break down the epic match-up the ACC was treated to when Steph Curry and Kyle Lowry faced off in a duel of all-star guards. Toronto had to rally from 17 points down to earn a 96-86 win at Atlanta on Wednesday and did not have enough gas in the tank to overcome another large deficit on Thursday.
And that’s a good thing, a really good thing.
“I knew what I signed up for when I went to Davidson”, Curry told ESPN. “But whatever it is, he’s somewhere else”. This season, the Warriors are averaging 115 points per game, largely courtesy of Curry’s improvement and the team’s already impressive play. That pray plan might be the Raptors’ best bet at this point.
Lowry scored 11 points early in the third quarter and the Raptors cut the lead to four points.
