George Lucas “Really Liked” Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Producer Says
A pop-up Star Wars shop, Star Wars: The Force Awakens – The Toronto Exhibit, showcasing life-size replicas of characters from the new film is coming to Toronto this weekend. Have you heard the sound of a thousand marketing and merchandising agents the world over rubbing their hands together with glee at the the prospect of milking the Star Wars cow for all it’s worth?

There are also glimpses of the stars of the original trilogy, with Harrison Ford’s Han Solo and Peter Mayhew’s Chewbacca appearing, as well as a fleeting glimpse of Carrie Fisher as Leia.
Want to get up close and personal with characters and props from the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens? And it’s nice to hear Lucas enjoyed the movie, especially since Kennedy said he had a hard time “watching this go on without his direct involvement”.
The black British lead actor of the hotly-anticipated new Star Wars film has been virtually erased from a poster to promote the film in China. He asked Ridley if she has seen the film yet.
“Kathleen Kennedy said to me, “Have you ever Googled ‘female heroines”?”
They weren’t that keen to have me involved anyway. “‘Star Wars’ never had like insane violence or anything”, she said. The director has spoken out regarding the creative differences that caused him to leave the franchise, as well as his disdain for the overall fan outrage that could accompany his involvement with Star Wars going forward. You know how you bump into people you went to college or high school with and it’s just like nothing has changed? I read the screenplay and I thought “Oh my, gosh, Darth Vader”. “And although that is still very much the case, I was really hoping this could be a movie that mothers could take their daughters to as well”.

The Mirror has contacted Star Wars owner Disney for a comment. “To try to describe these things is very hard”.
