Brett says she and Charlie had unprotected sex at least 5 times before she discovered HIV meds in his medicine cabinet. She accepted, and their relationship soon turned romantic.

In the lawsuit, Rossi explains that she met Sheen in November 2013 when he paid her $10,000 for sex, but then forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement. She alleges that Sheen “became increasingly less diligent and responsible in taking his HIV medication as a result of his illegal drug use”, between July and September of 2014. Rossi alleges Sheen would push her, put her in chokeholds, lock her in the bathroom, and point unloaded guns at her and pull the trigger. “When plaintiff confronted Sheen, Sheen locked plaintiff in a room for hours, screaming at her and telling her that she was “fucking stupid” for involving herself in the matter”.

Brett Rossi, Sheen’s ex-fiancée is suing the actor for allegedly bullying her into getting an abortion, an article from TMZ reported. Rossi said she did not want to abort her unborn child, but Sheen allegedly “erupted into a fit of rage, stating he would “kick her to the curb” if she did not have an abortion and that he did not want her to ‘give birth to a retarded child, ‘” the magazine reports. Sheen allegedly continued to emotionally and physically abuse Ross throughout the remainder of their relationship.

Can we say “misinformed, party of one?”

Furthermore, in a statement, Ross’ attorney, David M. Ring, accuses Sheen of reneging on an agreement to settle Ross’ claims by paying her $1 million and assigning her a portion of his income from Anger Management.

It’s been just over a fortnight since Sheen went on the “Today” show on NBC to reveal that he had been diagnosed as HIV-positive around four years ago, and that a handful of people who knew about his condition had blackmailed him to keep it a secret, saying that he had been “shaken down” by extortionists.

His lawyer said that they plan to fight the lawsuit and were confident that Sheen would win the case.
