Porn Star Says Charlie Sheen Hid HIV Status
Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiancee Brett Rossi has sued the actor, claiming he bullied her into getting an abortion after allegedly ranting she’d give birth to a “retarded child” given his HIV status. Ross accepted Sheen’s marriage proposal in early 2014, but told him they would have to wait to actually get married until she was done finalizing her divorce from her first husband, the complaint says. Ross filed her lawsuit one day after Sheen allegedly reneged on an agreement to pay her $1 million and earnings from his canceled TV show, “Anger Management”, to settle her claims.

Sheen’s attorney Marty Singer wrote in a statement that Ross’ claims are already being addressed in private arbitration.
She formally filed her suit on December 3, and court documents reveal that the period in question covers January 2014, when Sheen allegedly admitted to her “that he had relapsed on crack cocaine… that he had used crack cocaine at least three times that month”. The adult film actress argues that once Sheen publicly revealed the battle he’d been facing with HIV on November 17, he retracted the deal and refused to sign the settlement.
In the lawsuit, Rossi explains that she met Sheen in November 2013 when he paid her $10,000 for sex, but then forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement. According to People, Rossi stayed in the abusive relationship because she truly loved him. Ross, who was 24 at the time, says they hit it off that evening and began spending a lot of time together.
But in her suit, Scottine maintains there were various instances where she discovered he had not been taking his medicines correctly and she now fears it may have “put her at substantial risk of contracting HIV”.
Ross said Sheen ended their relationship by sending a text message. In one of them, the lawsuit said, Sheen tried to feed Ross French fries on a plane trip.
“The lawsuit filed by Ms. Ross speaks for itself”, Rossi’s attorney David M. Ring said. The documents reportedly add that their breakup caused her to go into “an emotional tailspin”, reportedly prompting her to attempt to take her own life.
