Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiancée sues, alleges assault, battery, failure to disclose HIV

Charlie Sheen is facing an assault and battery lawsuit filed by ex-girlfriend Scottine Sheen alleging that one of his cocaine relapses may have resulted in him forgetting to take his HIV medicine and putting her at risk for the deadly virus.

In the lawsuit, Rossi describes her first meeting with the actor in 2013, when he forced her to sign an “illegal and unenforceable” non-disclosure agreement.

“[Rossi] now realizes that Sheen likely had no intention of ever marrying her or staying with her”, the lawsuit reads.

Rossi also says Sheen had numerous violent outbursts during their relationship – including one where he hurled a cement pillar at her, missing, and breaking a glass door. The suit also outlines an incident on a plane where Sheen allegedly flew into a rage after Ross wouldn’t let him feed her french fries.

Sheen told NBC’s Today show on November 17 that he was diagnosed as HIV-positive about four years ago and that a few people who knew his status were demanding money from him to keep the secret.

Rossi says Sheen threatened to kick her out of the house if she refused, and that was when she gave into the pressure to have the procedure. She revealed that she got pregnant in 2014 and when the Anger Management actor found out about this, he got really angry. She accepted, and their relationship soon turned romantic. Now his ex-fiancee, Scottine Ross, is actually taking legal action over the fact that he didn’t disclose his medical condition before having sex with her. In addition to that, The Wrap reported that Ross is suing her ex over claims that he abused her physically, emotionally, and psychologically.

Ross said Sheen ended their relationship by sending a text message.

“The lawsuit filed by Ms. Ross speaks for itself”, Rossi’s attorney, David M. Ring, said in a statement.

The “Two and a Half Men” star publicly disclosed he was HIV positive on the “Today” show last month but said he disclosed his status to all his sexual partners. “We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her”.
