Here’s a bit of the reaction following the Texas A&M Aggies and the Louisville Cardinals accepting bids to play in the Music City Bowl by both writers and fans.

The ACC announced Louisville was in the game. A source close to the bowl told The Tennessean that Texas A&M will represent the SEC. It will be televised nationally on ESPN at 7 p.m.
Texas A&M will be a strong opponent, finishing the regular season with an 8-4 won-lost record.
The Aggies have 103 tackles for loss to rank fourth among all FBS teams….
Texas A&M’s invitation to the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl marks the 37bowl game in program history, and it will be first time Texas A&M has played in the Nashville bowl which has been contested annually since 1998. Petrino is 2-3 in bowl games at Louisville, including a win in the school’s first BCS appearance in 2007 – a 24-13 win over Wake Forest in the FedEx Orange Bowl.
Brian Marron, Bleacher Report: Texas A&M possess a more potent offense when all the pieces are working correctly. “I’m happy for fans that can make the short trip to Nashville and enjoy the bowl festivities”. Head coach Kevin Sumlin has led the Aggies to four-straight bowl games and is undefeated in postseason play with the Aggies. “It should be a great week for our team and the 12 Man”.

Should be plenty of motivation for UofL, which was winless in three games between the Cardinals and the Aggies under Howard Schnellenberger from 1992 to 1994.
