Jordan census to shed light on population that includes many refugees, foreign
He conveyed he wanted to talk with refugees directly to try to “find a solution where we (United States) can be both smart and compassionate”.

“They’re talking about bringing 10,000 refugees to the United States”, Colyer said in an interview at the Kansas Capitol. In addition, the initial 2 megawatt plant will produce US$1.4 million worth of electricity per year, with any excess unused by the camp being fed into the Jordanian national electricity grid free of charge. “It has minimal, if any, impact”.
He said he believes “the United States has a responsibility, as the pentacle nation in the world, when you see something that’s about to create havoc, to do something about it and not to sit there and leave the responsibility for somebody else”. This year, most of these newcomers have settled in California, Michigan, Texas, Illinois, Arizona and Pennsylvania.
In a series of appearances on Sunday morning talk shows this week, Carson, a retired neurosurgeon, made much the same argument. “I don’t see any reason, quite frankly, that some of the other nations in the area shouldn’t also be asked to do it, so that you don’t have to go through a big cultural change with them”.
The federal government estimates it will cost $678 million over the next six years to bring the refugees to Canada and help them settle.
“And all you need is the resources to be able to run them”, he explained.
The lieutenant governor of Kansas said genocide in Syria against Christians and other minority groups was of particular concern. Thirty-one US governors, only one a Democrat, declared their states wouldn’t welcome the refugees.
The only problem is, Jordan can’t afford to take in any more refugees, “they just said they didn’t have enough money to do it”.
Encouraging Canadians to ask themselves: “What can we do to help?” “It has gotten stronger”. “We also heard the good news that exit permits are not an issue in Jordan, so that’s positive”. Violence in refugee camps is sadly a pressing problem for people who have already fled their homeland due to attacks.
“Once people are here, they can move around freely”. As well as transforming life in the camp, the project will bring additional benefits to some of the refugees as well as their Jordanian hosts. We want security checks to be appropriate. “Our job is to our job, which is to make sure Kansans are safe”. There are another 4 million displaced people there.
Carson said, “Our border is completely porous”. He offered an analogy that suggested parents, like the USA government, had a duty to shield people from rabid dogs.
Carson said he found a well-equipped hospital at the camps, surprisingly with no patients, because “the global community can’t agree who should pay to staff it. Living conditions are simple but not bad”. We are a generous people.
Recently, two of Carson’s advisers criticized the GOP candidate’s grasp of foreign policy.

Colyer said that he did not plan on getting involved in the presidential race despite joining Carson on his journey to Jordan. “So, you know, there is – there is no saint here in this – in this equation”. He speaks very quietly and not bombastically. That’s what this guy is like. “He understands very well what’s going on and he does have a wide range of advisers”.
