Petition to remove Tyson Fury reaches 55000 signatures — BBC Spoty shortlist
Fury was recently crowned world champion after beating Wladimir Klitschko in Dusseldorf.

Fury was more efficient with his punches and outlanded the long-time champion who really struggled in the fight. Shall I say it one more time? Who am I to say don’t you do that because you’re a girl?
Before Klitschko made the announcement for the rematch, Fury’s manager and promoter Mick Hennessy was uncertain if the Ukrainian slugger was ready for another fight after the damage he received in the hands of Fury.
“I’ve spoken to Tyson at great length about religion”, Peter Fury said on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Sportsweek, where Holt was also a guest. “He could have stopped Wlad”.
It’s possible, I suppose, to combine the kind of really hard life and background that Tyson Fury had with impeccable liberalism, but by and large, that background and those views don’t go together.
A BBC spokesperson said the move was “not an endorsement of an individual’s personal beliefs”.
The Manchester-based boxing champion had said in the interview that the best place for a woman was “in the kitchen and on her back”.
Our source added: “They’re pushing for an initial three-month show, with a further six months if it takes off”.
“The Gypsy King, & the heavyweight champion of the world, will not be silenced I’ll always speak my mind, Like it or lump it, in Jesus name”.
Joshua – who has been tipped to face Fury in 2016 as he continues to make his way through the ranks – does not think Fury should change, but has told him he needs to be careful what he says and when. “And she slaps up good, dresses up well, when’s she’s got a dress on she looks quite fit”.
Among a number of other events to cause a stir, Fury’s nomination for the BBC’s Sports Personality of the Year has caused outrage among fans, who are calling for the Briton to be removed from the shortlist.
And in a jab at F1 champ Lewis Hamilton and tennis ace Andy Murray, he said: “What personality does it take to drive a auto around a track 100 times?” Or was it about the cooking and cleaning?
Referencing the fact that the British pro-paedophile group Paedophile Information Exchange was once affiliated with the National Council for Civil Liberties (now Liberty) which supports gay rights, he tweeted: “Hears (sic) how I can put homosexuality along side Paedophilia?”
However, he hit back: “People should look up to me, young kids”. He went on to add that “making a good cup of tea” was what he personally believed was the job of women. “I’m all for it; I’m not a sexist”, the boxer began.

He added: “So there is something deeply offensive about what he said, but it’s not the offence that I care about, it’s the fact that it means that we end up not taking child abuse seriously”.
