Spotify Year in Music 2015 launches with personal listening habits
Spotify has launched a new end-of-year feature that will remind you just how embarrassing some of your listening habits are, Digital Spy said.

You’ll need to log in with your Spotify account to get the goods and it’ll tell you how much more you listened to this year versus last. After scrolling through your tailored analysis of 2015, be sure to check out the streaming service’s overall stats – with Drake crowned top artist and the year’s most popular song being “Lean On” by Major Lazer.
The Year in Music celebration will also entail a personalized playlist of tracks generated for the users to enjoy, based on their listening preferences during 2015.
Its use of data gets smarter each year, and this time round focuses on: your total listenage in minutes, hours and days, your most-streamed artist and album, the track you started your year with and which three artists soundtracked each of the four seasons for you.
How has the year of 2015 reflected on your music tastes and listening?

Rihanna was the most-streamed female artist with just over 1 billion plays – an impressive feat considering she hasn’t released a full-length album since 2013. Type anything to disturb the URL and you will be gifted with a 404 Error albeit a twist, Justin Biebers “Sorry” being played in the background. Spotify is out with its list as part of its Year in Music campaign.
