Ross claims that in the early stages of their relationship, she and Sheen had sex on at least five occasions before she discovered medication in his cabinet for the treatment of HIV.

Scottine Ross, an ex-girlfriend of Charlie Sheen, filed a civil lawsuit Thursday seeking unspecified damages for alleged battery, assault, and negligence, The Wrap reports. “Ms. Ross looks forward to her day in court, and to taking Mr. Sheen’s deposition”.

The lawsuit claimed that Ms Ross also would have been assigned five percent of his 100 percent backend participation points on the series Anger Management. Brett states she & Charlie had unprotected sex a minimum offive times before she came upon HIV meds in his drugs cupboard. While Sheen says that he had been up front with everybody about the diagnosis, which he found out about roughly four years ago, turns out that his ex-fiancée, porn star Brett Rossi, had no idea he that was HIV-positive prior to having sex with him. The suit also outlines an incident on a plane where Sheen allegedly flew into a rage after Ross wouldn’t let him feed her french fries.

His lawyer said that they plan to fight the lawsuit and were confident that Sheen would win the case. “Instead, part of the entire ruse was to get her to fall in love with him [and] convince her that they would be together forever”. “Mr. Sheen made it clear on The Today Show that he had no intention of honouring the agreement reached, and sure enough, he didn’t”, says Ring.

The suit even mentions an instance of false imprisonment where Sheen supposedly locked Ross in a bathroom and “interrogated her about how many men she had been with, proclaiming that he would not let her leave until she answered his questions”.
