“So whatever he says, he does exactly the opposite”, he added.Kejriwal had on Saturday said that the plan to allow odd and even numbered vehicles on alternate days on Delhi roads from January 1 was an “experiment” to deal with the “emergency situation” in the city. There was no decision regarding Sundays.

Kejriwal government would do well to study some models elsewhere, like in Singapore and Beijing where such a system has been introduced, before imposing the extreme restrictions which are both impractical and unsuited for the national capital with its current infrastructure.
