Holy hoopla! Kim Kardashian announced on Monday, Dec. 7, that she and Kanye West have named their newborn baby son Saint West, and they’ve been using the moniker for quite some time, according to one source.
“I hope Saint West, leads a holy life and is converted and becomes Saint Saint West, Patron Saint of College Dropouts”, said someone else.
So what do you think of Kim and Kanye’s baby boy’s name? But for now, congrats!
“I know they were doing Robert for the middle name in honour of her father”, the well-placed pal told the magazine.
On Saturday, Kardashian and West announced the birth of their son via Kardashian’s Twitter account, posting: “He’s here!”
“I had this condition called placenta accreta”.
In the past, Saint has rarely been used on their own, but it not that uncommon to be used in combination with another name, as in St. John (pronounced Sinjin). I went in with my sisters and my husband.
Meanwhile, a pal tells US Weekly Kimye affectionately nicknamed their son Saint during her pregnancy as he was such a blessing following Kim’s struggles to conceive.
“I felt like it will just come to us”, she added. While chatting with her mother Kris Jenner on a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, she spoke of her desire for a large family and said: “Yeah, I’m not anxious about after…I’m just anxious about number three, that’s when your body really starts to slip”. The Spanish version of the word saint, Santos, is a bit more popular, with 235 babies given that name previous year.

Kim will no doubt be glad that their new son has arrived healthy and well as earlier this week she was NOT a happy bunny.
