There have been many actresses like Anushka Sharma, Vaani Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Parineeti Chopra, who were in the running to play the female lead in Sultan. A lot is being said about the clash of the Khans and their new found friendship.
Talking about the clash, a senior trade expert told Pinkvilla, “Now, both the stars are on good terms, so sitting down and discussing won’t be a problem”. This, however, is not the case with “Bajirao Mastani”, which involves Bhansali and Eros. “Here, it is more of an ego clash”.
Everything about the film – be it Salman’s role, his look or the location of shooting, everything attracted eyeballs.
So far several names have been doing the rounds for the film from Deeepika Padukone to Katrina Kaif and from Parineeti Chopra to Kangana Ranaut. Let them also release.

A source said, “The fact that the makers have begun shooting without the lead actress is a little scary”. The two superstars of the Bollywood industry Shah Rukh and Salman are coming up with their ambitious projects ‘Raees’ and ‘Sultan’ respectively in 2016.
