Ubisoft’s side-scrolling Assassin’s Creed Chronicles series has suffered another setback as the release dates of Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India and Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia have been pushed back into 2016.

Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India will be available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC on January 12, 2016, while Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia will follow on February 9. The game is set during the Industrial Revolution and stars two main characters called Jacob and Evie, who can both be controlled during the course of the game.
The aforementioned Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China was first introduced as a DLC that was to be part of the Assassin’s Creed Unity season pass, but that never really worked out, and was rebuilt from the ground up to be a separate title. All three games are developed by Climax Studios.
The first game cost £7.99 so expect each of these to cost roughly the same.
India will take place in 1841 during the time of the Sikh Empire, as players control Arbaaz Mir in the battle against the templars.
Like Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China, India and Russian Federation will also be sidescrolling, stealthy adventures, though each has its own unique visual style.
The Assassin’s Creed Chronicles Trilogy Pack will also be available on PlayStation®Vita system on April 5.
