UN chief denounces Donald Trump call for ban on Muslims entering US
The Republicans in Israel organization denounced remarks made by presidential candidate Donald Trump about Islam earlier this week, who called for a complete ban on Muslims from entering the United States.

“I am hereby barring Donald Trump from entering St. Petersburg until we fully understand the risky threat posed by all Trumps”, Mayor Rick Kriseman tweeted Monday.
“If I had the power, the only banning that would be done is that I would ban [Trump] from Philadelphia”, said that city’s mayor, Democrat Michael Nutter, on Tuesday.
Earnest then blasted the entire Republican field for signing a pledge to support the party’s ultimate presidential nominee.
During the White House news briefing, Earnest said that Trump’s proposal to bar the entry of Muslims into the country amounts to an unconstitutional religious test and renders him unfit for the presidency.
“A plan that singles out Muslims and denies them entry to the US based on their religion is deeply offensive and runs contrary to our nation’s deepest values”, the Anti-Defamation League said in a statement Monday evening hours after Trump, a real estate billionaire and reality TV star, issued his call.
Trump’s was the most dramatic response by a presidential candidate, even as other Republicans have called for a suspension to U.S. President Barack Obama’s plan to allow 10,000 refugees from Syria.
Tahir Ashrafi, the head of Pakistan’s biggest council of Muslim clerics, added Trump’s comments promoted violence.
“What he said is disqualifying”, Earnest said.
“We have people in our country that want to blow up this country”, Donald said via phoner on GMA.
“I agree with what really Cheney’s sentiment is”, said Brownback, who was a member of the U.S. Senate when Cheney was in office.
“That’s who America is.’ And as you know – or you should know – that’s not who America is, Mr. Trump”.

“This has nothing to do with controversy”, Trump said, cutting her off. “When I renounced illegal immigration, I took more heat than I’m taking right now. They should rescind Trump’s invitation and make clear there is no room in the party for his brand of rhetoric”.
