Huawei Mate 8 to go on sale this week

According to GSM Arena, the Huawei Mate 8 phablet will be powered by a Kirin 950 SoC, which is Huawei’s latest in-house processor, with octa-core CPUand Mali T880MP4 GPU. Worldwide availability will be announced at CES 2016. With the announcement of the new Mate 8, Huawei seems to follow the line-up like its Mate 7. The company has released a number of really compelling devices, including their Android Wear-powered Huawei Watch, which is regarded to be one of the best-designed smartwatch offerings out there, and a number of smartphones.
Similar to MateS, the Huawei G8 sport a 5.5 inch display with 13MP main camera and 5MP secondary camera. Although, it is unveiled whether the smartphone will launch with the new firmware out of the box.
The fingerprint sensor feature is placed at the back of Huawei Mate 8 that has a build from aerospace grade aluminum and unique 2.5D Curved diamond cut glass. Two variations of the phone will be available.

In addition, the new iteration for the Mate series also employs an all-metal unibody form factor, available in a variety of color options. The 32GB variant paired with 3GB RAM is priced at 2,999 yuan (approximately $470). The second model has 4GB RAM, 64GB of memory and costs about $580.

For those who want a higher and more premium option, there is also a Mate 8 with 128 GB internal memory that will sell for CNY 4,399 and a Huawei Mate 8 Champagne Edition worth CNY 6,888.
