INDIANAPOLIS – The Warriors got away with one Tuesday, and they know it.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – Klay Thompson and the Golden State Warriors spent the first three quarters playing as flawlessly as their unbeaten record.

You’d think James would be a rule breaker for that sort of trend, but he only managed 11 points on 4-of-12 shooting in 35 minutes in his lone appearance vs. Portland last season, so that dud combined with the Trail Blazers’ recent success in stifling 3s could be enough of an argument to take your business elsewhere tonight.

“The demand we’re seeing for a Tuesday game is really unprecedented”, said Renny Harrison, president of Carmel-based FanFare Tickets. We had a double-digit lead. “You don’t ever want to have to win the game twice or even three times”.

Thompson went 10 for 16 on 3s.

Thompson made eight of 10 shots from three-point range during the first 24 minutes, when the reigning National Basketball Association champions led by as many as 22. They’re stock certainly goes up in the league when their team produces results, but the pendulum swings both ways (read Kevin Mchale). But would it be worth the struggle to win 73 games if they then lose in the playoffs due to injury or exhaustion?

Curry admits the “33” topic has come up in the Warriors’ locker room.

After the game, Thompson said he rolled an ankle stepping on another player’s foot. Cleveland has dropped its last three games and this evening the Cavaliers are home to Portland.

The jury is still out on if the Pacers are title contenders-and a regular season game in December will not answer that question-but how they play against the Golden State Warriors will be a strong litmus test to show where they stand.

George is posting 27.6 points, 8.2 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.84 blocks/steals per game while posting a PER of 26.2. “That’s a very good team”. Too many things can happen. Offensively, all five players can shoot, drive and pass, which makes them impossible to cover. They protected the ball like the Hope Diamond and gave the Warriors no opportunities to run out for easy buckets. It’s not just Stephen, it’s not just Klay.

Holling also added that Curry from the Warriors doesn’t have to go out in the game and do it all the time. They scored 79 first-half points.

Monta Ellis will have first 30-point game during the week.

Warriors interim coach Luke Walton has noticed some not-so-subtle changes around the league this season.

“This team can teach you a lot of lessons and one is when a team scores, push it and score back”, Pacers said Frank Vogel said of the Warriors. But the Golden State Warriors appear likely to win it all this season, because they have been so dominant.
