BINDI Irwin has spoken out about her increasingly strained relationship with her paternal grandfather Bob following the death of her father Steve Irwin. While, most of the stars at the AACTA awards were regulars at the red carpet, it was newbie Bindi Irwin who stood out at the do.

An onlooker at the airport told Daily Mail Australia: “It definitely looked like a tongue piercing”.
& I used to be like “Umm, sorry, what?”,’ she laughed.’So it’s really absorbing – I feel in that is a fantastic distance off & I am just really completely satisfied & just having fun fun with each one single day in that I’ve with him & just having fun fun with being young, so it is great.’ Bindi added.
“I honestly don’t know”, Hough said, when asked about a return.
Irwin also revealed her grandfather also rejects occasional gifts from her family, saying they once sent Bob Irwin gifts for his birthday, that were opened and returned. “It’s sad but it’s just the way things are”, the 76-year-old said.
“I miss you the most”, Irwin told Hough.
He also told the Herald-Sun in Melbourne earlier this year that he wasn’t on speaking terms with Bindi or his namesake Robert Irwin.
Bindi Irwin’s boyfriend Chandler Powell came to support her on ‘Dancing With The Stars’.
“So happy to get to introduce you to our world here in Australia”, Irwin captioned a photo of herself and Hough – who was sporting Irwin’s iconic khaki look – posing with a rhinoceros.
