Based on the couple’s history, it is safe to rule out Immaculate Conception, but it is awesome they were able to conceive and have a healthy baby.
Kim Kardashian West recently gave birth to her second child with Kanye West, Saint West, last Saturday at the Cedars-Sinai Hospital in California.
The 60-year-old matriarch is so proud of the way her daughter handled herself throughout her “tough” delivery and can understand why she was a bit irritable at times.
“They are so ecstatic”, a source told Us Weekly of the pair.
With news of Saint West’s epic arrival, many couldn’t help but wonder if the newborn will be making any appearances on E!’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians. They also took North home from the hospital to Kris’ house back in June 2013 while work was being done on their home.
That would see Saint follow in the footsteps of his two-year-old sister North, who didn’t appear on “KUWTK” for the first year of her life and now only stars in special episodes of the reality TV show.
She had some pretty intense anxiety the last couple of days [of pregnancy] and especially just before the baby came.
“I love the baby name”.
Kim has suffered from placenta accreta, where the placenta does not detach from the womb after birth, and previously recalled how it affected her birth when she welcomed her first child.

In her previous interview with Glamour magazine, Kim said that she had not known that she had been going to be so open with her fertility challenges.
