Kim did not have a Caesarian section when she gave birth to Saint. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star also revealed that Saint’s birth weight was eight pounds and an ounce.

She gave fans a quick glimpse of her baby joy in a new video posted to her website, dishing on her sister Kim Kardashian and brother-in-law Kanye West’s new baby boy, Saint West! Granted, he arrived a few weeks early, but they weren’t stressing about their little man’s moniker either way.
“He’s so cute…he looks like North”, Kris told E!
Now, says a friend of Kardashian West’s, “the fact that she has two children makes her so happy”.
They continued, “Mullins, who’s done this type of thing with Prince George and the Gosling baby, studied pics of Kim and Kanye and combined it with the latest forensic technology to get the mug”.
However, the couple went on to deny the rumour – and Kim revealed that she WOULDN’T consider calling her baby a quirky match-matchy directional name, like North. Sob.
“I don’t like South West, though, because that’s like, you know, North will always, you know, be better and be more…she has a better direction”, she said.
Just days after giving birth, the reality star was sharing style tips and showing off past looks, including the show-stopping dress she wore to mum Kris Jenner’s big 60th birthday bash.

“We induced my labor and I had North soon after”. Mine did not. My placenta stayed attached inside my uterus, which is a condition called placenta accreta… Kim explained to her family, “We did visit Lamar today and we played him [Kanye’s] new album, and then when I was done I said, ‘Did you like the music?’ and he said, ‘I loved it'”.
