CBS News Denver reports that Robert Lewis Dear cried out his guilt in the middle of court, while his attorney was discussing whether or not cameras should be allowed in the courtroom.
Delise was booked into the El Paso County Jail on suspicion of menacing.
When Dear appeared in court Wednesday, he called himself a “warrior for the babies” and said he would not go to trial, stunning onlookers.
“I think the problem is obvious judge”, King said.

“Planned Parenthood and my lawyer are in cahoots to shut me up”.
Holmes was sentenced to life in prison on August 24 after being convicted of carrying out a mass shooting during a showing of “The Dark Knight Rises” in 2012.
Three people were killed in the attack – two civilians and a campus police officer who responded to the gunfire.
Dear said something about “no more baby parts” during his arrest and had asked for directions to the clinic prior to the attack. Dear also said he would not undergo a mental evaluation, nor be put under psychotropic drugs, “so that I can’t talk like the Batman guy”. “Atrocities, that’s what they want to seal”.
The newspaper also reported that Dear announced that he was competent and told King, “you’re not my lawyer”.
Planned Parenthood came under fire earlier this year after an anti-abortion group posted online videos it said showed the group selling tissue from aborted fetuses.
Colorado Springs Mayor John Suthers said the officers’ willingness to immediately confront the shooter helped make possible the rescue of 24 people trapped inside the clinic, along with 300 others who took cover in nearby businesses.
Mr. Dear has been described by relatives and neighbors as a loner with an antigovernment worldview and has expressed extreme anti-abortion views, say an ex-wife and others. Dear asked in court, according to the Associated Press. It’s been in, you know, most newscasts every single day.
Martinez set the next hearing for Dear for December 23.
