In a 36-page court filing that could puts “Fifty Shades of Grey” to shame, the lawsuit claims the priest allegedly paid his lover $1,000 per sex session, reports the New York Daily News.

Another shocking allegation made in the suit was that the Archdiocese of NY, and Cardinal Timothy Dolan, were aware of Miqueli’s actions, yet did nothing to stop them.
Before he got to the Bronx, Father Miqueli served at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini in Queens from 2003 to 2012 and took money meant for a new church organ, according to the suit.
“This lawsuit seeks to finally put an end to this truly sinful conduct so that St. Frances de Chantal parish can regain the strength, spirituality and faith it once had before Father Miqueli arrived”, the court papers state.
Father Miqueli’s self-dealing benefited him by increasing his wealth to as much as by $900,000 worth of assets by 2008, permitting him to buy the N.J. residence, housing his BDSM “master” Keith Crist, purchasing and using illegal drugs, and paying Keith Crist to urinate in Father Miqueli’s mouth.
As per the Archdiocese’s rules, donations are supposed to be placed in locked bags that are stored safely and counted by a parishioner before ultimately being deposited into the church bank account.
A church receptionist at the parish said services were continuing as scheduled Friday.
The complaint accuses Miqueli of putting donations into unlocked bags then counting the money personally in his bedroom.
The plaintiffs’ lawyer, Michael G. Dowd, told the New York Post, “We’ve done a lot of homework”.
‘It is unbelievable that the diocese can’t come to a conclusion about the misconduct of Miqueli when there is money missing that may be a million dollars’.
Court papers say Miqueli also brought Crist into parish affairs, having him run a thrift shop where they are suspected of swiping money.
“There are so many people that know what’s going on, there are so many priests that know what’s going on, but they can’t do anything about it. That’s up to the cardinal, that’s up to the archdiocese to do something about it. They’re not handling it”.
She said the problems stretch back to Miqueli’s days serving at St. Frances Cabrini on Roosevelt Island. “This is a bad guy”, Mr Dowd said.
Among the evidence that the lawsuit presented are text and email messages between the lovers saved by Tatyana Gudin, the former girlfriend of Crist. Miqueli also allegedly gave $60,000 to the doctor for the down payment on a house.
A spokesman for the Archdiocese said they’re taking the allegations seriously and have ordered an audit of the parish.

Earlier this year, Fordham University Dean John Feerick led a panel that investigated the financial charges, Swilling said. Someone extremely powerful is keeping Miqueli in as pastor, ‘ he added.
