Shah Rukh Khan Tops Forbes India Celebrity List Of 2015

Shah Rukh is all set to feature on “Bigg Boss: Double Trouble” on December 19 and 20 this month, coinciding with the release of his film “Dilwale” on December 18. The two Khans previous year buried the hatchet and now have become the same old friends like they were before.

Shah Rukh Khan earned 9 percent of the total wealth of Rs. 2,819 crore, which is earned by all the top 100 celebrities this year.

Superstar Salman Khan, who has given two blockbusters this year, says Shah Rukh Khan-starrer “Dilwale”, with an action-filled and humorous storyline, has all the elements to end the year on a high note. The list includes movie actors, television stars, sportspersons, authors, film directors, music directors, singers and stand-up comedians.

Their gross pre-tax earnings are combined with their fame scores to arrive at the Forbes India Celebrity 100 List, the magazine said. The dancer who was thrilled to work with Shah Rukh Khan again was all praises for the other co-actors too and was happy that the song was completed despite the lack of time for rehearsals. The change in position however is due to brand endorsement revenue and their fame quotient, as they had no movie revenue.

The list this year has also witnessed a few who jumped ranks and moved up considerably higher in just one year.

It’s also interesting to note that standing tall in this “seemingly” man’s world is Deepika Padukone at the no. 9 spot having made Rs 59 crore this year. Fans have been waiting for this iconic event for past many years.

Notable names like Sanjay Leela Bhansali, A.R. Murugadoss and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy moved out of the list in 2015.
