Netanyahu’s dog quarantined after biting two people

The report disclosed that Netanyahu’s family adopted Kaia after the prime minister’s son, Avner, had heard that the 10-year-old dog was to be put down.

Netanyahu was embarrassed, witnesses told The Times of Israel, when his dog Kaia bit Sharren Haskel, a member of the Israeli Parliament, and attorney Or Alon, husband of the country’s deputy foreign minister Tzipi Hotovely. “Following this incident, I became aware of the issue of quarantine regulations for dogs and I found in it problems that conform neither with logic nor compassion”.

Israeli cities may quarantine biting dogs for 10 days.

“I will ask experts in the ministries of Health, Agriculture and animal protection organizations to draft proposals to improve upon the existing laws”, he added in his post. Haskel is one of Kaiya’s bite victims.

In a statement that noted his “pride and excitement” in joining Carson’s team, Birnbaum noted the integral relationship between America and Israel.

Netanyahu’s mixed breed dog Kaiya’s behavior shows she’s got the same fighting spirit as her owner.

Mr Alon was also treated by a medic, but like Haskel, stayed for the candle lighting and appeared cheerful in photographs with the prime minister.

Kaiya has met several dignitaries, including U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry who is believed to have escaped unharmed.
