X-Men: Apocalypse is living up to its name in the new trailer.
“I saw the end of the world”.
The first intense trailer for X-Men: Apocalypse is here and the young X-Men will have to use all the power they’ve got if they want to stand a chance against their latest villain. As the fate of the world hangs in the balance, Professor X (James McAvoy) helps Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) lead a young team of X-Men to take on their greatest nemesis and stop the destruction of the world.
X-Men: Apocalypse hits theaters on May 27th.
Apocalypse awakens after thousands of years with dreams of demolishing mankind as we know it. With his team of mutants, the villainous being shows his powers even over the X-Men. Directed by Bryan Singer, the movie follows En Sabah Nur, the world’s first and most-powerful mutant, who has been worshipped as a god since the dawn of civilization.
We see Oscar Isaac’s menacing Apocalypse, who is seemingly controlling mutants to symbolize the four horsemen of the apocalypse, with Olivia Munn’s Psylocke, Michael Fassbender’s Mageneto, Alexandra Shipp’s Storm and Ben Hardy’s Archangel as the supposed horsemen.
