The X Factor final plagued with ‘technical difficulties’ as audio cuts out

THURROCK’S Louisa Johnson took her performances to a whole new level to reach the final two acts on ITV’s X Factor. However, Reggie n Bollie have never been in the bottom two and have gotten a following as of late, leaving an upset as a possibility.

Last night’s show also saw group Reggie “N” Bollie duet with Craig David and Fuse ODG and Che Chesterman – who was voted out – sing with the legendary Rod Stewart. It was hard to spot who was the superstar and who was the talent show contestant.

Tonight will see Louisa and Reggie n Bollie each sing two more songs in a bid to become X Factor champion before lines close for good.

The three acts have revealed which songs they’ll be doing – Ché Chesterman will be belting out In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins and Mark Ronson & Amy Winehouse’s classic Valerie.

In the seconds after that clip, the hosts manage to move things on to the next performers, all while the judges look at each other incredibly confused and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini bears a big grin.

If Johnson wins, she will become the first winning act for mentor Rita Ora.

The victor will be announced on Sunday night after a star-studded results show that will feature Adele, Coldplay and One Direction.

Fleur was of course runner-up previous year while Ben Haenow won, and as the news that X Factor boss Simon Cowell had signed Fleur to his record label came hot on the heels of Ben’s victory – and an automatic recording contract – there are some X Factor fans who believe the entire goal of the contest is null and void because of exactly that…
