Mourinho Embarrassed By Fans’ Continued Support
Leicester are unbeaten in eight games but Manchester City’s last-gasp 2-1 win over Swansea on Saturday saw them move ahead at the top on goal difference.

The Liverpool boss is up against Leicester’s Claudio Ranieri, Everton’s Roberto Martinez and Tottenham’s Mauricio Pochettino.
On Friday, Mourinho came out in praise of the 64-year-old Ranieri and the job that his rival is performing at this season’s Premier League sensation, Leicester. After 15 games, Leicester – a team that narrowly avoided relegation last season – leads the standings by two points.
“Every football club needs to win matches and that’s no secret”.
Leicester has created 12 big chances with its expansive, counterattacking play, but the defense has been if anything more impressive, conceding just two big chances in five matches.
They’ve proven themselves to be world-class players in the past-Fabregas and Hazard in particular-so there’s little reason to suspect they won’t get back to their best at some point.
They boast a record-breaking scorer in Jamie Vardy and Oscar hopes Chelsea’s own sharpshooter, Diego Costa, can rediscover the golden touch after showing some promising signs in the Porto triumph.
The Premier League are 17 points behind league-leaders Leicester City – their opponents on Monday – and 14 points behind fourth-placed Manchester United. “I’m sure in a few months they will be back, and they will be ready to fight”.
Restored to the starting line-up for Chelsea’s Champions League win over FC Porto, striker Diego Costa will now be looking to start scoring on a regular basis.
Jose Mourinho admits he feels “embarrassed” when Chelsea supporters sing his name during the club’s disastrous run of results.
“We need results. We need to score more goals”, said Mourinho, whose position could yet be in jeopardy despite being under contract until June 2019.
“The reality is that some clubs are doing so well, and some are not capable of doing what people are used to”. Now we need to win more games, not just this one. The Blues look a shadow of the side that romped to the Premier League title past year, and it appears that Mourinho has lost the trust of his players as they continue to plunge down the table.
He said: “Sympathy? Yes, but I have a good relationship with all the managers”.

Leicester winger Riyad Mahrez has dismissed his team’s chances of winning the Premier League, despite being top of the table. My focus is Leicester.
