Trump asks CNN for $5 million to participate in next debate
Trump predicted the television pundits will call him “chicken” if he carries out his threat, but he attached little value to the opinions of the “talking heads, who are not smart people at all”. “I didn’t see any evidence of thousands of people celebrating”.

Dr. Darrell Scott was one of the several pastors that spoke with Donald Trump, 69, at Trump Tower in New York City to engage in an important conversation amongst all of the racial issues America is facing. A campaign press release said that a number of attendees were still expected to endorse Trump after their meeting, but that the event would be closed to the press.
“I’ll think we’ll be addressing them over the coming months and even over the coming years”.
“I believe black lives do matter, but I believe all lives matter very strongly”, Trump said. “Pat Colligan, president of the New Jersey State PBA, referred to the governor as a “schoolyard bully” and said Christie’s statement “didn’t surprise” him”.
“So, with CNN, here’s what they’ll say: ‘Trump’s chicken”.
The meeting was initially planned for 100 black pastors and Trump, but was rearranged after some controversy surrounding whether it was an official endorsement from all the pastors that would have been involved.
After inviting 100 prominent black pastors to a press conference scheduled for Monday, the Trump campaign prematurely announced their endorsements to the dismay of some invited guests. “The rest are praying about it. They said, ‘We have to go pray about it.’ They’ll come back and endorse at a future time”.
“We need to take care of us, we need real healthcare, Obamacare is a disaster”, Trump said. Recently, Trump gained the endorsement of a black pastor who is challenging the media’s apparent claims that minorities are automatically anti-Trump.
Some pastors demanded that Trump apologize not only to the black community, but also to Mexicans for his inflammatory rhetoric, he said.

In the end, Trump left things on an “I don’t know” for whether he will take the chance.
