They also found clear baggies with a “green leafy substance” in it.

Weiland was out on a tour with his band, The Wildabouts, and they were supposed to play in Rochester on Friday but was cancelled due to their frontman’s death.
A Bloomington Police Department search warrant and affidavit obtained by Billboard revealed he was found unconscious and alone in a bedroom on the tour bus.
Weiland reunite with Stone Temple Pilots in 2008, but the group broke up again in 2013.
“I don’t share this with you to cast judgment, I do so because you most likely know at least one child in the same shoes”, she wrote for Rolling Stone. His personal manager discovered the 48-year-old singer unresponsive in a tour bus bedroom; he’d gone to check after Weiland’s wife Jamie said she couldn’t get in contact with her husband.
More info has surfaced on last week’s news that Scott Weiland had passed away.Weiland was found dead in his tour bus.
The local medical examiner was investigating Weiland’s cause of death.
Not well: Weiland had appeared “gaunt” to fans who saw him in the days leading up to his death.
Mark Raskob, general manager at the Medina Entertainment Center, said Weiland’s show was cancelled after fewer than 100 tickets had been sold for it in a venue with a capacity of about 1,800.
And, of course, it’s Scott Weiland… A guitarist for the band, Jeremy Brown, died at his home in Venice, California, a day before the album’s release. During the heady 90s, when Stone Temple Pilots was seemingly unstoppable, Scott Weiland’s rock n’ roll lifestyle may have planted to seed for deep-seated, middle-aged addictions.

Even after Scott and I split up, I spent countless hours trying to calm his paranoid fits, pushing him into the shower and filling him with coffee, just so that I could drop him into the audience at Noah’s talent show, or Lucy’s musical. In 1995, he was arrested after deputies found him carrying crack and heroin.
