Embarrassed? Seven days after being shelled 45-10 at Pittsburgh, the Colts were overwhelmed 51-16 by the Jaguars. Carson Palmer threw for 310 yards and two touchdowns for the Cardinals.
The Colts dodged a bullet this week, as it does not appear Hasselbeck’s injury will hold him out against the Jaguars, however the Colts are facing what Pagano would call a, “war of attrition”, in other areas of the roster.

The Colts had just been bounced out of the playoffs in a 41-0 AFC wildcard playoff road loss to the New York Jets in East Rutherford, N.J. However, WRs Allen Hurns and Allen Robinson both scored in the rout-a distinct positive. That was a flat out better team, and the Colts aren’t having Bob Sanders walk through the door for the defense. Also, Toler was limited in practice Wednesday with a knee injury so Thomas may have to go in his place.
