Cincinnati Bengals QB Andy Dalton likely to miss rest of season
Jaguars 51, Colts 16: In Jacksonville, Florida, Blake Bortles threw for three touchdowns and ran for a score – all in the second half – and the Jaguars ended Indianapolis’ 16-game winning streak in the AFC South.

LeSean McCoy, who acts like he is the first and only player ever traded in professional sports history, sprinted off the field following Philadelphia’s 23-20 win over Buffalo. Faced with the franchise’s first losing season in a decade following a baffling home loss in the snow to the Miami Dolphins that dropped them to 5-8, the Steelers responded by upsetting playoff-bound Cincinnati on the road, then followed with victories in Green Bay and at home against Cleveland in the regular season finale to scramble to 8-8. The amount of time the black cast remains on Dalton’s throwing hand could go a long way toward determining how long Cincinnati’s season lasts.
With Andy Dalton going down in the first quarter of Sunday’s loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, A.J. McCarron came in and looked good for the most part.
“It is disappointing especially the way this season has gone”, said Dalton, who will see a specialist Monday.
“This was news we imagined…it was the best-case scenario”, Lewis said. “I’m doing fine. There are people way worse off than I am”. He won’t play this week. “We’ll see. I can’t heal bones”.
CINCINNATI (AP) – The Bengals are preparing AJ McCarron for an extended run as their starting quarterback while waiting for an update on Andy Dalton’s broken thumb.
McCarron missed all of his rookie season a year ago with a sore shoulder. Cameron Heyward was a force once again, coming up with a sack, a tipped pass and a pressure that helped lead to Robert Golden’s fourth quarter interception that iced the game. Coach Ron Rivera said both could have returned, but didn’t because the Panthers had such a big lead.
Like the Patriots, the Broncos were 10-2 entering their game Sunday against the Raiders. The Steelers host Denver (10-3) next week before road games against the Ravens (4-9) and Browns (3-10).
It marked the first time since 2011 that they had a three-interception game and it also was the first time since 2011 they recorded back-to-back multiple interception games. Linebacker Vontaze Burfict went to the locker room and was evaluated for a head injury in the second half. The fifth-round pick from Alabama had thrown only four passes in a mop-up role before Sunday’s game.
Coordinator Hue Jackson said the offense won’t change all that much with McCarron running it.
EAGLES 23, BILLS 20: Caleb Sturgis kicked a 30-yard field goal with 3:26 left and Ed Reynolds intercepted Tyrod Taylor’s pass in the final minutes to seal Philly’s victory. “And we didn’t want us to be the reason that they got in”. “We’re able to do that (with) quality contributions from all three phases”. They had two interceptions in last week’s win over the Colts.
Stephon Tuitt. The man who possibly ruined the 2015 Cincinnati Bengals’ season. Jackson said Jason Campbell has decided his career is finished and won’t be a candidate….

Mohamed Sanu plays the role of emergency third quarterback, still holding a flawless passer rating for his career. He hasn’t thrown the ball yet this season…. “Those confrontations occurred on our side of the ball after plays, outside of the ball, or outside of the 50 in pregame”.
