Charlie Sheen’s former fiancée Brett Rossi is seeking “justice”, not money, in her lawsuit against the actor.
The Two and a Half Men star publicly disclosed he was HIV positive on the Today show last month but said he disclosed his status to all his sexual partners. “I want justice”, she said.
Ross first met Sheen in November 2013 and agreed to have sex with the actor for $10,000.
Scottine Ross – a porn star who performed under the name Brett Rossi – filed a lawsuit claiming the Anger Management star has caused her “emotional distress and negligence” by not telling her he was HIV positive when they began their intimate relationship in 2013.
On the interview with “Today”, Sheen revealed his health condition, saying he is receiving treatment, and while some people who knew of his struggles demanded money from him to keep their mouths shut, he has also received the support of his friends and family. If I wanted money, I would have kept quiet.
“If he would have told me from day one, from the first time that we met, there would have never been a relationship.”
They continued to have sex for months until Sheen discovered HIV medications in his cabinet.
The alleged abuse, Rossi said, included a cruel text message after she attempted suicide by overdose following their breakup – taunting, “Funny how an ex-nursing student couldn’t calculate the appropriate dosage with a vintage drug such as Valium to successfully kill herself”. The couple later fell in love and had unprotected sex “like a normal couple”.

Sheen convinced Rossi to have an abortion, but according to the 26-year-old, her former fiance’s behavior became much worse even though she honored his request. She also discloses that although she shared a consensual intimacy with Sheen, he later became uncontrollably violent and abusive. Unspecified general and punitive damages are being sought, in addition to a jury trial. “We are confident that Mr Sheen will prevail in this action”.
